Just six months after reporting that Tubosider UK was on track for a successful year, with business in October already well ahead of budget, the first quarter of 2012 is looking equally positive.
“Not wishing to tempt providence, January and February this year have seen record sales, and March also is going strong,” says MD Jim Dwyer.
“We’ve all heard that the construction sector is under great pressure, reflecting the health of the economy as a whole, and yet thus far we have been performing tremendously well.”
Apart from the competitiveness of our systems underpinning everything, Jim believes that part of the reason is the hard work widely devoted to liaising with customers over potential jobs and in providing quotes.
“The more in touch you are with customers, the more likely you are to pick up business – good advice and responsive service is bound to help translate enquiries into orders,” he says.
